         In less than two years, he has worked hard to create some achievements in the field of titanium materials, from a research newcomer studying biomedical titanium alloys in the laboratory to a core personnel in the titanium strip division. With his persistent passion for titanium and titanium alloys, he transforms academic achievements into productivity and makes contributions in his work.

         2020年，他与钛结下不解之缘，专注开发生物医用钛合金。面对生物医用材料严苛的安全性、相容性要求，他不断探索创新，最终成功研发出一种新型生物医用钛合金，其优异的力学性能和良好的生物相容性，为后续临床应用提供了新的可能。在宝贵的研究经历中，他不仅积累了深厚的专业知识，也培养了严谨的科研态度与问题解决能力。

          In 2020, he focused on developing biomedical titanium alloys. Faced with the stringent safety and compatibility requirements of biomedical materials, he continuously explores and innovates, successfully developing a new type of biomedical titanium alloy. Its excellent mechanical properties and good biocompatibility provide new possibilities for clinical applications. In his valuable research experience, he not only accumulated profound professional knowledge, but also cultivated a rigorous research attitude and problem-solving ability.

          2023年7月，他加入湘润科技钛带事业部，负责酒钢外协生产的技术对接、质量把控和生产进度推进等工作。面对全新的工作环境和复杂的业务挑战，他将所学知识运用到实际工作中。

           In July 2023, he joined the Titanium strip Division of XRUN, responsible for the technical quality control and production planning of Jiuquan Iron and Steel's production. Faced with a new work environment and complex challenges, he applies the knowledge he has learned to practical work. 

          在技术对接方面，他充分发挥专业优势，深入了解酒钢的生产工艺和湘润钛带的产品需求，搭建起双方高效沟通的桥梁。通过组织技术交流会、建立线上沟通平台，及时解决生产中的技术难题，确保生产工艺的顺利实施。

          In terms of technology, he fully utilized his professional advantages, deeply understood the production process of Jiugang and the product requirements of Titanium Strip, and built a bridge for efficient communication between the two parties. By organizing technical exchange meetings and establishing online communication platforms, we can promptly solve technical problems in the production process to ensure the smooth implementation of production processes. 

       质量是企业的生命，他始终将质量把控作为工作的重中之重。他改进、完善现有的质量管控体系，从原材料采购检验到成品出厂检测，严格把关各环节。他扎根生产一线，及时发现潜在的质量隐患，始终以需求为导向，确保优质产品出厂。

        Quality is the life of an enterprise, and it always regards quality control as the top priority of work. He improved the existing quality control system, strictly controlling every link from raw material procurement inspection to finished product factory inspection. He timely discovered potential quality hazards, always guided by demand,and ensured the production of high-quality products.

       在生产进度推进工作中，他展现出卓越的组织协调能力和责任心。面对紧张的交货期和繁重的生产任务，他科学制定生产计划，合理调配资源，确保各项生产任务有条不紊运行。当遇到原材料供应延迟、设备故障等突发状况，他总能迅速做出反应，积极解决问题，竭力确保订单按时交付。

       In the progress of production, he demonstrated excellent organizational and coordination skills as well as a sense of responsibility. Faced with tight delivery schedules and heavy production tasks, he scientifically formulated production plans to ensure the orderly operation of various production tasks. When encountering unexpected situations such as raw material supply delays or equipment failures, he always responds quickly, actively solves problems, and does his best to ensure timely delivery of purchase orders.

       入职不到两年，他的出色表现得到一致认可，并在公司组织的知识竞赛中，荣获一等奖。在工作之余，他依然保持科研创新的热情，将工作中的实际问题转化为研究课题，现已申请公开三项专利，为公司的技术创新贡献了重要力量。

        Less than two years after joining, he gained recognition from the company and won first prize in a knowledge competition. In his spare time, he still maintains his passion for scientific research and innovation, transforming practical problems into research topics. He has applied for three public patents and contributed significantly to the XRUN's technological innovation.

        从校园到职场，从科研到生产，他用实际行动诠释了新时代青年的责任与担当，成为湘润科技钛带事业部青年员工的榜样。相信在未来的钛材料研发与生产道路上，他将继续砥砺前行，为我国钛材料产业的发展添砖加瓦！

         From campus to workplace, from scientific research to production, he has demonstrated the sense of responsibility of young people  and become a role model for young employees in the Titanium Strip Division of Xrun.
