张平平,1987年生。2013年7月,硕士毕业于西安建筑科技大学材料加工工程专业,现为材料加工工程专业在读博士。

         Pingping Zhang, born in 1987, graduated from Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology with a master's degree in Material Processing Engineering in July 2013, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Material Processing Engineering.

2018年6月加入湘润科技,自2019年7月至今,在钛带事业部负责钛带材技术质量工作,现任钛带事业部主任工程师。

         He joined Xrun Tech in June 2018 and has been responsible for the technical quality of titanium strip materials in the Titanium Strip Business Division since July 2019. He currently serves as the Chief Engineer of the Titanium Strip Business  Division.


将科研精神植根于实际工作中

        从象牙塔进入工作岗位,2013年-2018年期间,他参与多个国家重大科技项目,在钛行业核心刊物发表三篇学术论文,两度获评“个人先进”。2017年11月被授予“金属材料工程师”专业技术称号。

        After entering the workforce from school, from 2013 to 2018, he participated in multiple national major science and technology projects, published three academic papers in core journals of the titanium industry, and was twice awarded as an advanced individual. In November 2017, he was granted the professional technical title of "Metal Materials - Engineer".


       2018年6月加入湘润科技。从新疆哈密出发,他在全国各地的轧制厂进行设备调研,研读设备参数。熟知热轧轧辊温度变化对钛带材精度的影响,核对冷轧机组的张力控制系统等。在各地的生产车间,他整理了内容翔实的参数分析笔记,这些来自一线的实测数据,不仅建立了对不同型号轧机的直观认知,更使他深刻理解到设备参数与产品质量之间的动态关联。比如在处理高强度合金轧制时,哪怕是0.1毫米的辊缝调整,都会对钛带材的板形与精度产生影响。

        He joined Xrun Tech in June 2018. Starting from Hami, Xinjiang, he conducted equipment research and studied equipment parameters in rolling mills across the country. Be familiar with the impact of temperature changes in hot rolling rolls on the accuracy of Ti coil, and verify the parameters of the tension control system of the cold rolling mill. In production workshops across the country, he compiled detailed parameter analysis notes based on field measurements. These not only established an intuitive understanding of different types of rolling mills, but also enabled him to deeply comprehend the dynamic relationship between equipment parameters and product quality. For example, when processing high-strength alloy rolling, even adjusting the roll gap by 0.1 millimeters can have an impact on the Plate shape and precision of the coil.


      作为钛带材加工的专业技术人员,他不仅精通热轧、热处理、冷轧、拉矫等流程工艺的关键质量控制点,更具备从生产后端逆向追溯至海绵钛选型、铸锭熔炼参数、板坯锻造工艺等上游环节的核心数值辨析能力,形成了贯穿全产业链的技术把控思维。

       As a professional technician in titanium strip processing, he is not only proficient in the key quality control points of processes such as hot rolling, annealing, pickling, cold rolling, and straightening of titanium strips, but also has the ability to analyze core parameters from the production backend to upstream links such as sponge titanium selection, ingot melting parameters, and slab forging processes, forming a technical control concept that runs through the entire industry chain.


       在多年技术经验沉淀中,他致力于钛带材产品技术数据的系统积累与深度分析,推动建立从原料入厂、材料成形到成品交付的全链条技术质量管理体系,有效提升了钛带材产品的整体品质,保障了产品批次稳定性。

        Through years of accumulated technical experience, he is committed to the systematic accumulation and analysis of technical data for titanium strip products, promoting the establishment of a full chain technical quality management system from raw material entry, material forming to finished product delivery, effectively improving the overall quality of titanium strip products and ensuring batch stability of products.


       专业成果方面,他参与编写钛带材各环节生产技术公司内控标准文件 20 余份;翻译、整理 AMS(航空材料规范)和 ASTM(美国材料与试验协会)英文标准 20 余份,并结合国内外最新产品技术及行业标准,转化形成 10 余份适配企业生产的技术内控标准文件。

        In terms of professional achievements, he participated in the writing of more than 20 internal control standard documents; Translate and organize more than 20 AMS (Aerospace Material Specification) and ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) English standards, and combine them with the latest product technology and industry standard to form more than 10 technical internal control standard documents suitable for enterprise production.


       在新产品研发领域,他多次参与新疆自治区重点技术创新项目及公司自主研发项目,主要负责钛带轧制成形技术研究工作,相关成果在多家行业权威刊物发表。累计申报三项发明专利,两度参与稀有金属行业标准的编写与起草。2023 年荣获公司 “优秀技术人员” 称号。

        In the field of new product development, he has participated multiple times in key technological innovation projects in Xinjiang Autonomous Region and XRUN's independent research and development projects.
